For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Site” refers to the Company’s website, which can be accessed at ascendworks.co, including the alpha application form linked from it. “You” refers to you, as a visitor to our Site.

Information we collect
We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.”
- Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, referring and exit pages and URLs, browser and device type, and the pages you view and links you click.
- Personal Information includes the information you choose to submit to us through our alpha application form or by email, such as your name, work email address, company, role, and a description of the business problem you want to solve.
Information collected via technology
When you visit the Site, your browser automatically provides certain information, such as the website you came from (the “referring URL”), the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected, and the time and date of access. We only collect this information for analytics if you accept cookies in the notice shown on your first visit.
If you accept, we use the following:

- Campaign parameters. If you arrive through a link tagged with campaign parameters (for example,
utm_sourceorutm_campaign), we store those values in your browser for the duration of your browsing session and attach them to your alpha application so we know how you heard about us. Session storage is cleared when you close the browser tab.
Regardless of your choice, we store one small value in your browser’s local storage to remember whether you accepted or declined cookies, so we don’t ask you again on every page. If you decline, analytics cookies are not set and campaign parameters are not stored.
Information you provide to us
When you apply for the alpha, you submit your application through a form hosted by the Company. By submitting the form, you authorize us to collect, store and use the information you provide in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The Site does not require you to create an account.
Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13. If we learn that we have gathered personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete that information as soon as possible. Personal Information
In general, the Personal Information you provide to us is used to help us communicate with you. For example, we use it to review your alpha application, respond to your questions, solicit feedback, and tell you about the alpha program and related offerings.

We do share Personal Information with vendors who perform services for the Company, such as hosting and email providers. In general, we use Non-Personal Information to help us improve the Site and understand which content is useful. We aggregate Non-Personal Information to track trends and analyze use patterns on the Site.
