Return Merchandise Authorization
Four modules run the returns desk: crewmates validate the warranty and reason code, issue the RMA number and shipping label, match and inspect the return at the dock, then route the disposition (restock, rework, return to vendor, or scrap) for a human to approve before any credit or replacement goes out.
